Shane the Cigar Man
Once again knocked it out of the park! I came in to look at cigars for a gift. Shane took time to ask me questions on what I was looking for. When I told him I wasn't sure what the person liked, he made some suggestions. Shane was kind enough to write down the names of things and give me some questions to ask so he could help. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. Can't wait to come back with the answers to have Shane help me with the final choices. You rock Shane!
